Dive Into the Primary Series!
Broaden — deepen — expand your practice and understanding of Ashtanga yoga! Dive into a full experience of the Primary series as taught by K. Pattabhi Jois. You'll have the chance to experience two types of Ashtanga practice, both as a student and a class leader — the “Mysore style” method, and leading others through the sequence. In the Mysore setting, students work at their own level of proficiency, and receive hands-on assistance from a teacher. In the guided class, a teacher leads others through the sequence by counting the vinyasa in the traditional Sanskrit. Your personal practice will take place during the morning Mysore classes, the cost of which is included in the seminar fee. All told you will spend approximately 35 hours practicing and learning Ashtanga Yoga — posture, breath, philosophy, and myth. Get a Full Refund if It's Not For YouMaybe the course isn't for you? If this is the case after day one, you can receive a full refund.
