Come develop the strength and skill for your own unique hand-balance practice!
This 90-minute semi-private class features attendance capped at 8.
You'll follow along to a guided warm-up, and then you'll begin to work on your handstand and other hand-balance skills, such as the one-arm elbow lever.
The drills and sequences are customized and supported or your level.
You'll be able to use the wall, the floor, handstand blocks, boxes, or even handstand canes.
Class is suitable for all levels, whether your have your 2-minute handstand or are just learning to kick up.
However, this class is not appropriate if you have wrist or shoulder pain.
You will be challenged to your limit!
